The new Universal E40 Elliptical Trainer provides a low priced elliptical trainer with basic features. This is our lowest priced elliptical. The Universal brand quality is well known in fitness clubs. The E40 model is ideal for your home gym and for fitness enthusiasts of any skill level who want a low impact workout. The Universal E40 Elliptical Trainer can provide an effective cardiovascular workout by combining upper and lower body flexibility and coordination into one impact-free motion and is easier on your joints. Regular use on elliptical trainers will increase heart and lung capacity while improving your health and burning calories. This Universal Trainer uses 8 levels of Magnetic ECB (Eddy Current Brake) resistance. ECB technology has the advantage of no friction, reliability, little to no maintenance costs, and quiet operation.
Universal E40 Home Elliptical Features: The LCD screen shows your progress with 8 workout programs. The screen will display (time, pulse, RPM, speed, heart rate, distance, the resistance level, and course profile). Water bottle holder. Transport wheels to move your Elliptical Trainer. Grip heart rate monitoring on handlebars provides your cardio progress on the LCD screen. The E40 has a 17-inch elliptical stride. Built-in speaker with aux input.

Smart-Review Commentary: The Universal E40 Elliptical Trainer is our lowest priced elliptical. It is a top rated trainer (by consumer reviews). It is bare bones compared to some of the more expensive models, but gives you a solid basic cross training elliptical. If you want an arm workout, you can use the handlbars for a full body workout. What you get with this Universal elliptical trainer is a well built light duty training machine (up to 275 lbs. user weight). Ellipticals offer low impact on the joints. The Universal E40 has ECB magnetic resistance (the best type). It has an 17-inch stride. This model has a speaker with an aux jack to plug in your MP3 player or smartphone. The E40 has transport wheels, and is a lighter weight elliptical for moving around. The LCD display is basic (no backlight), but displays all of the important workout information.
